Trinity Boutique is an online retailer sourcing authenticated luxury fashion directly from partner boutiques in Italy. All items are 100% authentic and ship directly from Italy via DHL or FedEx Express.

Pricing & Shipping

All prices are listed in USD at Italian retail prices, VAT-exempt on export. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $500; a flat fee of $50 applies to orders below $500. All orders ship via DHL or FedEx Express directly from Italy. US import duties may be assessed by customs upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders & Availability

All items shown are live inventory from our Italian partner boutiques. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you immediately for a full refund or alternative.

Shipping

Orders ship via DHL or FedEx Express from Italy and typically arrive within 3–5 business days to US and Canadian addresses. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Return

Email info@trinity-boutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Import duties paid at checkout are non-refundable as they have been remitted to US Customs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
