When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We also collect browsing data (pages viewed, products clicked) to improve our service.

We use your information to process orders, arrange shipping from Italy, calculate and remit US import duties, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, FedEx for shipping, Cloudflare for website hosting, and Google for sign-in authentication (Google OAuth). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

About Trinity Boutique

Trinity Boutique is an online retailer sourcing authenticated luxury fashion directly from partner boutiques in Italy. All items are 100% authentic and ship directly from Italy via DHL or FedEx Express.

Pricing & Shipping

All prices are listed in USD at Italian retail prices, VAT-exempt on export. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $500; a flat fee of $50 applies to orders below $500. All orders ship via DHL or FedEx Express directly from Italy. Many pieces ship with US import duties already included in the price, in which case nothing further is due on delivery; the product page and cart state this explicitly. Where duties are not included, they may be assessed by customs upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders & Availability

All items shown are live inventory from our Italian partner boutiques. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you immediately for a full refund or alternative.

Shipping

Orders ship via DHL or FedEx Express from Italy, dispatching within 5 business days and arriving a further 3–5 business days after that — typically 7–10 business days in total to US and Canadian addresses. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories and the authenticity seal intact and untampered. Footwear soles must show no signs of wear. Sale items may be returned on the same terms as full-price pieces.

How to Return

Email info@trinity-boutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will send you return instructions within 1 business day. Once your return is approved, the item must be handed to the courier within 5 days. Return shipping is at the customer's expense — a flat $30 for US and Canadian returns, or €30 for returns within the European Union, deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We are not able to exchange items or sizes directly. To change a size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return, and cover the value of the returned items only — original shipping charges are not refunded. Import duties are never charged by us at checkout — they're paid directly to the courier at delivery — so there's nothing duty-related to refund on our end. Returns that do not meet the conditions above will be sent back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund including all shipping costs, at no cost to you.
